Gonzalez Byass is in charge of the production of the Premium Mom gin, a gin made in Great Britain based on red fruits and botanicals that result in a gin with a smooth character.
During its process of elaboration, Mom carries out four distillations in copper stills that ends with an infusion of red fruits that gives it a great personality. A very careful process produced in Great Britain where that unique smoothness is achieved that provides one of the youngest González Byass gins.
A gin that offers a unique smoothness very well accompanied by a pleasant fruit flavor reds, currants and juniper that have a very sweet finish.
