The bouquet reveals nuances of ripe currants, which intertwine with notes of anise and white flowers.
It is produced from grape varieties of Tempranillo and Garnacha, which are grown in the vineyards of the Spanish region of La Rioja Alavesa. The average age of the wines is 15-20 years, which helps them to require a special, well-favoured taste.
It is recommended to drink as an aperitif, as well as, is perfectly combined with Mediterranean cuisine, dishes of fish, chicken and soft cheeses.
